Credit or No Credit?

So the day was pretty much dedicated to researching how Katie and I were going to get credit for this semester abroad. Tufts makes it so unbelievably difficult, and the Chinese department at Tufts makes it even worse. They said they wouldn't count our seminar class- Intercultural Communications with an Emphasis on China- as a Chinese culture class. Sounds pretty cultural to me. So we had to try with the Communications department instead. Luckily that worked- we're getting 1 credit! So exciting.

We then had to deal with our Chinese classes. We went to the CIEE office to scan in our syllabuses and then emailed with ALL the information about the classes. Surprise, it wasn't enough! So we're going to have to do some more research for that class. Fun stuff.

Had Hanyu and Tingli class, afterwards we all headed to the gym. We went off-campus for food. It was so exciting. I had these spicy beef noodles, they were delicious. It was so nice just to eat something different! I have a few go-to meals on campus: a) orange chicken and rice, b) baozi, c) jianbing, d) instant noodles. Yep, that's pretty much it, except for the peanut butter I eat every day. Came home and studied before heading to bed! This week has gone so fast! I can't believe it's Friday tomorrow!
