-For our Tingli class (listening) the recording was super fast! We were supposed to meet with our tutor after and walk around the lake on campus. However, it was so dark outside at 5pm that we decided just to go to the 咖啡馆 (kafeiguan = coffee shop).
Katie in Tingli class:
-We went to Wudaokou for an evening out. The taxi driver was really funny, I was in the front and helped wash his rearview mirror since it was rainy out. It was Ladies Night and most of the bar/clubs, so we each got many free drinks. Went to a place named Pyro's (where they have amazing pizza). They had a beer pong tournament so Katie and Heather, and Rachel and I joined, why not? We won our first game, but then lost. Oh well, we got these really cool bracelets. They say 如果迷路了请送回五道口。This means "If lost please return to Wudaokou."
-Spent the rest of the night dancing away.
